I am Huy Hoang Vu, the creator of Pumping Asian and hopefully your soon-to-be fitness partner.
I initially started weightlifting to make physical and mental self-improvements. Over the years, I have gained and developed a strong and growing passion for lifting and the lifestyle it offers.
The science behind building muscles, burning fat and changing body composition is not a new concept for me. More to that, I understand the structure of training and dieting needed for making personal changes both physically and mentally, and this could vary between individuals.
